Roy recently was selected by his peers for inclusion in "The Best Lawyers in America" for the sixth consecutive edition over a span of 20 years. His career achievements include the successful defenses of William Kennedy Smith on a rape charge in Palm Beach; Eller Media in charges stemming from the electrocution of a 12-year-old boy in Miami; and Albertson's, Inc., when the State of Florida charged the Fortune 500 company with manslaughter in the death of a shoplifter. In addition, he has represented numerous other clients on charges ranging from murder to drug smuggling, securities fraud, money laundering, Internet sex crimes, mail fraud and tax evasion.

Larry Stumpf, an accomplished civil trial attorney with over 30 years of experience in Florida and New York, focuses on what he calls “fight of their life”. He joined the firm as a name partner in August 2002 expanding the firm’s client services to include an elite civil litigation practice. Howard Srebnick has developed an exemplary reputation in the criminal defense field and is best known for his successful defense of NFL Pro Bowl wide receiver Tony Martin, who was acquitted in 1999 of money laundering charges in Miami. Scott Kornspan is the firm's managing partner and is responsible for directing the defense and investigation for many of the firm’s clients.
