Roy Black will be appearing on a panel during the 11th Judicial Circuit Centennial Celebration 1911-2011, this Friday, March 25, 2011, in Courtroom 4-2 of the Miami-Dade County Courthouse, 73 West Flagler Street, Miami, FL.
The panel will be: “The Lozano Trials: A Case Study.” Members of the panel will include Lozano’s defense counsel, Roy Black and Mark Seiden, the prosecutor, John Hogan, Joseph Serota, Esq., from the Community Relations Board, newspaper reporter Robert Levenson, Esq., and will be moderated by Robert Kuntz, Esq.
