BLACK SREBNICK KORNSPAN & STUMPF, PA ADDS DONALD J. HODSON TO ITS CIVIL DIVISION AS AN ASSOCIATE

Miami, FL – September 3, 2019 – Black Srebnick, is pleased to announce that Donald J. Hodson has joined the firm as an associate in its civil division.    

Prior to joining the firm, Donald maintained a law practice in Miami, representing clients in civil litigation matters. Donald has litigated cases in state and federal court, prevailing in lawsuits against some of the nation’s largest corporations. His experience as a litigator includes representing clients in commercial disputes, claims for defamation, employment discrimination and products liability, among others. 

Donald graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was elected Student Commencement Speaker by his graduating class. During law school, he served on the distinguished Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Executive Board where he went on to win the regional championship in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition under the mentorship of Roy Black. He later advanced to the semi-final rounds of the competition,  where he received national honors as a Top 10 “Best Overall Oral Advocate.”
