Black Srebnick Law Clerk Liza Aleksyeyeva Wins a Seat on the Miami Law Moot Court Board
Black Srebnick is thrilled to announce that law clerk Liza Aleksyeyeva has won a coveted seat on the Charles C. Papy Jr. Moot Court Board at the University of Miami School of Law! Liza earned a place on the Board after she and her moot court partner, UM Law student Kathleen Black, advanced through the semi-final round of the John T. Gaubatz Moot Court Competition. Liza submitted a written brief and presented oral argument in two preliminary rounds and three subsequent knockout rounds, culminating with her win last week.
The Miami Law Moot Court Board recruits and trains the finest oral and written student advocates at Miami Law and is considered the most prestigious advocacy program at the law school. The Board is ranked #1 among moot court programs in Florida and #10 in the Nation.
Congratulations Liza!
