Jordan Utanski is an aggressive and meticulous trial lawyer with experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation, shareholder litigation, corporate litigation, and breach of contract actions. He has extensive experience litigating shareholder derivative lawsuits and class actions. With a competitive nature and detail-oriented focus, Jordan has achieved positive client results in federal and state courts across the country. He believes in a client-centric approach and is dedicated to being the most prepared person in the courtroom. Jordan is committed to understanding the nuances of each case and managing client expectations from inception through resolution. He believes even the most minor details can affect a case’s outcome.

Prior Experience

Before joining the Firm, Jordan gained invaluable trial experience at a prominent Fort Lauderdale firm representing a diverse group of clients, ranging from a federally recognized Indian Tribe to high net-worth individuals. Jordan also practiced at a boutique class action firm, where he litigated complex, high-profile cases on behalf of individual and institutional shareholders. Jordan has also successfully represented consumers in federal class actions for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Jordan earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was a member of the Nova Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Economics with a minor in Mathematics.
