Young lawyers and law students are always asking what areas are ripe for cross-examination.  Here is a checklist we used when we prepared for a trial several years ago.  It is over inclusive and perhaps not perfect but at least it is something to look through for ideas.

    Nice to finally see (read) you in the blog-a-sphere. And I remember when Wanda was trying to teach you how to use your e-mail. Your cross outline is brilliant. And as Dave pointed out, the cross techniques some of us had the good fortune to develop from watching you have served us well. I even had a judicial comment after my last NG that I must have gotten it because of what I learned from you.
